Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni and Cheese Ham Pie

3 cup Cheese
16 oz (1 serving) Ham, Honey
3.5 oz Elbow Macaroni
2.25 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
2 large Egg, Whole
0.5 cup Bisquick Original Pancake and Baking Mix
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt

Recipe Directions for Macaroni and Cheese Ham Pie

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray 10-inch or 9.5-inch glass deep dish plate with cooking spray.

  2. In large bowl, mix 2 cups of the cheese, the ham, and macaroni. Spread in pie plate.

  3. In blender, place milk, eggs, and hot sauce. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Add Bisquick mix and salts; blend until smooth. Pour over mixture in pie plate.

  4. Bake 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 1-2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with parsley if desired.

  5. **Note** Original recipe says to add uncooked macaroni. However, most reviews for this recipe recommend partially cooking the noodles first.
