Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni and Cheese with Crusty Crunch

4 oz Elbow Macaroni
1 g Ground Mustard
1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 oz FAGE Total 0%
4 oz Bread Crumbs Italian Style
4 oz Splendido Finely Shredded Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
4 oz Onion-garlic puree
0.11 serving Cayenne Pepper

Recipe Directions for Macaroni and Cheese with Crusty Crunch

  1. Preheat oven to 425. Spray 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray, set aside.

  2. Bring large pot of salted water to boil. Add macaroni and cook till tender.

  3. While pasta cooks, bring Puree, mustard, cayenne to simmer in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring often. Whisk in cheese until melted. Remove pan from heat and whisk in yogurt.

  4. In medium bowl, toss cooked macaroni with cheese sauce to coat. season with salt to taste. Pour macaroni into baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. top with Parmigiano-Reggiano. Bake until cheese has melted, about 10 minutes.
