I needed something quick to make for my family one night, and this ended up being a great idea. You just cook up some macaroni and cheese and whatever veggies you have lying around.

Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni and Cheese Casserole

412 grams kraft macaroni and cheese
3/4 cup 1% milk
1 pound chopped broccoli
1 3/4 cups corn
1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Macaroni and Cheese Casserole

  1. cook macaroni and cheese as instructed

  2. combine with veggies

  3. sprinkle with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese

  4. set oven for 350

  5. bake for 15 minutes
