Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni and Cheese Casserole

225 g pasta (macaroni)
295 g cream of celery soup (campbells condensed)
225 g cheddar (half-fat)
1/2 pepper (red or green)
175 g olives in brine

Recipe Directions for Macaroni and Cheese Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to Gas Mark 6/ 200C / 180 fan / 400F

  2. Spray a 1 litre casserole dish with 5 sprays of cooking oil.

  3. Cook macaroni in a large pan of boiling water for half the cooking time on the packet, drain and transfer to a large bowl. Add the soup, a can of water, cheese, pepper and olives, mix well to combine.

  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.

  5. Bake, uncovered, until tip is golden.
