Full batch ingredients: 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese 2 cups (1 block) gruyere cheese 3 cups Vitamin D Enriched Whole Milk 1 cup Shredded Mozarella Cheese 1 Medium Red Onion 1 Medium sweet green, red or yellow pepper 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive oil. Half cup (20-25 leaves) Fresh Basil 3 Medium Roma Tomatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni and Cheese with Basil, Peppers and Onions

1/10 teaspoon olive oil
1/10 teaspoon flour
1/10 teaspoon salted butter
1/4 teaspoon sweet green pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion
1 cup macaroni
1 teaspoon shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon gruyere cheese
1 tablespoon Whole Milk

Recipe Directions for Macaroni and Cheese with Basil, Peppers and Onions

Dice a medium red onion and a medium sweet green, red or yellow pepper into 1/8 inch bits and in a small sauce pan combine with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Chiffonade a half cup (20-25 leaves) of fresh basil and add to the peppers, onions and oil and suatee medium low heat until the vegetables become translucent.
