Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni Casserole

14 oz Lean Ground Beef
3 cup elbow shaped Macaroni
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
0.25 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.25 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green

Recipe Directions for Macaroni Casserole

  1. Cook ground beef in frying pan.

  2. Chop peppers and onion and add to ground beef.

  3. Grate cheese (1 cup).

  4. Cook macaroni according to directions.

  5. Mix macaroni, pasta sauce, and meat mixture into a 9x13 pan.

  6. Add cheese on top.

  7. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
