Macaroni casserole with ground meat and vegetables of choice.

Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni Casserole

10 oz elbow macaroni
10 oz ground beef
2 egg
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup frozen vegetables

Recipe Directions for Macaroni Casserole

  1. Cook macaronis

  2. Rinse and cool when cooked

  3. Mix meat, veggies and macaronis in bowl, add egg and water

  4. Bread an oven form

  5. Use rest of bread crumbs in mix

  6. Poor mix into breaded form

  7. Cook in oven at 375 F for about 40 minutes or until cooked through

  8. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and broil until brown

  9. Serve with beets or ketchup
