Macaroni Beef and Tomato Casserole topped with Cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni Beef and Tomato Casserole

20 lbs Ground Beef, cooked and drained
13 1/5 lbs. Stewed Tomatoes
13 1/5 lbs. Tomato Sauce, or Spaghetti Sauce
4 cups Onions, Medium, Chopped (4 each)
4 cups Green Peppers, Medium, Chopped (4 each)
3 teaspoon Garlic, Fresh, Chopped
10 pounds Macaroni
3 tablespoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
4 teaspoon Basil
1 teaspoon Thyme
5 pounds Mozzerella Cheese, Shredded

Recipe Directions for Macaroni Beef and Tomato Casserole

  1. Cook ground beef and drain fat

  2. Combine with all ingredients except the macaroni & Cheese

  3. Simmer for 45 minutes

  4. Cook macaroni

  5. Combine all ingredients except for cheese

  6. Pan in 2" service pans

  7. Top with Cheese

  8. Bring up to Temperature (165 degrees)
