Recipe Ingredients for "Macafoni" and Cheese

1 lb. tofu, firm, well-drained
2 cups cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 nutmeg to taste
1 dry mustard to taste
1 cayenne to taste

Recipe Directions for "Macafoni" and Cheese

  1. drain and dice the tofu.

  2. preheat the oven to 375

  3. mix the egg, cheese and the spices together.

  4. stir in the tofu.

  5. bake in an greased 8x8 casserole for 30-45 minutes until golden brown.
