Recipe Ingredients for Mac n' Cheeze

6 oz Rotini
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
2 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
2 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
0.5 serving Stirred Yogurt Plain
2 inch slice Silken Tofu

Recipe Directions for Mac n' Cheeze

  1. Puree steamed cauliflower, tofu and yogurt with nutritional yeast.

  2. Add to prepared pasta and broccoli with some salt and garlic powder.

  3. Bake with breadcrumbs at 350 until browned.
