Recipe Ingredients for Mac N Cheese

1/2 tablespoon whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon canola oil
1/4 cup Skim Milk
2 tablespoon shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup whole wheat macaroni

Recipe Directions for Mac N Cheese

  1. Heat oil and flour

  2. Add milk

  3. Add cheese to sauce

  4. Pour sauce over cooked macaroni (Cook in separate pot)
