Homemade mac and cheese. At least it's better than storebought or takeout.

Recipe Ingredients for mac n' cheese

2 cups macaroni
1 slice mozzarella cheese
2 slices cheddar cheese
1 slice swiss cheese
3 oz cream cheese
1 cup 2% milk
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for mac n' cheese

  1. cook macaroni, drain

  2. add pasta back to pan

  3. add milk, butter allow to melt

  4. add spices, cream cheese

  5. add hard cheese slices

  6. add 1 tsp cornstarch and let thicken for 1 minute - adds a lot of thickness without a metric ton of cheese.
