Pasta, tomato sauce and cheeses create a quick cheater method of making lasagna, old family recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Mac Lasagna

340 3/10 grams Original Recipe Pork Sausage
29 oz Tomato Sauce
0.67 box Elbows Dry
8 slice 2% Milk American Singles
16 oz Cottage Cheese Lowfat 2% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Mac Lasagna

At the same time, boil about 1/2-2/3 box of elbow macaroni, cook until nearly done, this helps with the texture in the end, not soggy noodles. Brown the sausage and then add tomato sauce, 1 tsp garlic salt, 1 tsp basil and simmer for another minute or two. Drain noodles and begin to layer. 1/2 noodles, sauce to cover, 4 slices of cheese, cottage cheese and begin again. After the last layer, put what is left of the sauce/sausage over the top. Cook @ 375 for about an hour.
