This is just something I'm working on. I think I'm going to add some tuna and see how that works out.

Recipe Ingredients for Mac and Cheese with Veggies

6 oz Velveeta 2%
3 oz Kraft Natural Shredded Chedar Cheese
3 cups Chopped Broccoli
1 cup Grated Carrots
6 Servings (about 3 Cups) Spirali Pasta
1 cup Frozen Peas

Recipe Directions for Mac and Cheese with Veggies

  1. While boiling pasta, steam broccoli, peas, and carrots.

  2. Put the carrots in a blender and chop us to desired size (I liquified mine).

  3. Add broccoli to drained pasta. Chop up velveeta and put on top. Recover the pot to let the velveeta melt.

  4. When velveeta is mostly melted, add carrots and stir. Add Kraft. Recover.

  5. When Kraft is melted, add peas and stir again.
