Recipe Ingredients for Mac-and-Cheese-Style Cauliflower

8 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
2 tbsp Butter
0.25 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
2 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 clove Garlic
1 cup, shredded Fontina Cheese
8 oz Extra Sharp Cheddar
2 large Egg, Yolk
1 cup Bread Crumbs Italian Style
1 oz Fat Free Feta

Recipe Directions for Mac-and-Cheese-Style Cauliflower

  1. Parboil cauliflower.

  2. Melt butter and whisk with flour. Add milk, garlic, and water and stir until thickened. Add cheese , nutritional yeast, and egg yolks and stir until cheese is melted.

  3. Fold in cauliflower.

  4. Grease 9x13 baking dish and spread cauliflower mixture in dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake for 30 minutes.
