Delicious mac and cheese, good for a lunch with a light salad..

Recipe Ingredients for Mac and cheese (stovetop)

200 grams elbow macaroni, uncooked
200 grams mozzarela
10 grams parmesan
20 grams flour
20 grams margarine
1 1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp mustard

Recipe Directions for Mac and cheese (stovetop)

  1. Cook the macaroni and set aside.

  2. Put the milk on the heat until almost simmering (can add an onion and a couple cloves to give taste and then remove)

  3. Minwhile in a pot, melt the margarine, then add the flour and stir until a roux is formed, then ad slowly the hot milk, stirring contantly, season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.

  4. Add the cheeses, and mix until melted, then add the mustard, and finally the macaroni. Serve warm.
