Recipe Ingredients for mac and cheese sneaky chef

8 ounces dry whole wheat pasta
1 1/2 cups fat free milk
2 cups grated low fat cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cauliflower
1/2 zucchini

Recipe Directions for mac and cheese sneaky chef

  1. preheat oven to 375

  2. butter a 9 inch square pan

  3. bring water to boil, add macaroni and cook slightly undercooked. drain and set aside.

  4. in large bowl, whisk milk with white puree and salt. put half the macaroni into baking pan and top with half the cheese.

  5. layer with the rest of the macaroni and then pour the milk mixture over the top finishing iwth the last of the cheese on top
