A different spin on mac and cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Mac & Cheese

4 serving Catelli smart pasta Penne
1 serving Aylmer Italian tomatoes
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
0.5 medium raw Onion Yellow
4 tbsp Fat-Free Half and half
4 tbsp Cream, Sour, Cultured
8 serving pizza mozzarella shredded cheese
3 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Mac & Cheese

while pasta cooks cut up peppers and onion, get tomatoes blended with sour cream and creamer. mix with pasta, sauce and most of the mozzarella cheese. stir well. Pour into a caserole dish and top with the rest of the mozzarella and the parmesan cheese. cook for 45 minutes at 400 degrees. makes about 10 3/4 - 1 cup servings.
