delicious homemade mac and cheese

Recipe Ingredients for mac and cheese

2 c macaroni
140 g medium cheddar cheese, grated
140 g part skim mozzarella cheese, grated
2 tbsp mustard
1/4 cup light mayo
1 tsp garlic
1 tbsp chopped onion, dehydrated
1 tbsp parsley
1 oz Original Flavor Multigrain Snacks
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for mac and cheese

  1. boil pasta

  2. combine all other ingredients (except chips) in sauce pan and heat over medium heat

  3. temper eggs before adding

  4. pour sauce over noodles and bake at 350 for 25 minutes

  5. remove from oven, crumble chips over pasta, and continue baking for additional 5 minutes.
