Use velveeta instead of cheddar, if desired.

Recipe Ingredients for Mac & Cheese

12 ounces cheddar cheese
5 cups elbow macaroni
3 tbsp margarine
1 can evaporated milk
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Mac & Cheese

Boil noodles in water until tender. Drain. Add cheese, milk, pepper and stir over low heat until chesse is melted.
