1 lb tri-color rotini
5 oz velveeta
2 oz nonfat milk

Recipe Directions for Mac and Cheese

  1. boil water

  2. cook pasta al dente

  3. drain pasta and put back in pot on stove with heat on low

  4. pour in a bit of milk and a bit of butter

  5. cut up cheese and stir in

  6. stir until cheese is melted
