Variation on Alton Brown's stovetop mac and cheese (http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/alton-brown/stove-top-mac-n-cheese-recipe/index.html)

Recipe Ingredients for Mac and Cheese

1 pound rotini, whole wheat
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 eggs
6 ounces greek yogurt, plain
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 Fresh black pepper
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
8 ounces 2% medium cheddar, shredded
1/8 cup nutritional yeast

Recipe Directions for Mac and Cheese

  1. In a large pot of boiling water cook the pasta to al dente and drain. Return to the pot and add olive oil. Toss to coat.

  2. Whisk together the eggs, cayenne pepper, yogurt, salt, pepper, and mustard. Stir into the pasta and add the cheese. Over low heat continue to stir for 3 minutes or until creamy.
