Mac & Cheese using lower fat ingredients!

Recipe Ingredients for Mac & Cheese

1 pound elbow macaroni
3 cups Reduced Fat cheddar cheese
2 cups nonfat milk
2 tbsp margarine

Recipe Directions for Mac & Cheese

Cook macaroni. Mix in cheese, milk, and margarine (I used dairy free, non-hydrogenated). Place in glass baking pan and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top if desired.
