Recipe Ingredients for mac and cheese caserole

8 pkg dry Organic Brown Rice Pasta Fusilli - Pasta,
1 large red pepper
3 small zucchini
8 oz low fat cheese
2 eggs
2 cup almond milk
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika

Recipe Directions for mac and cheese caserole

  1. cook and drain pasta.

  2. shred vegetables

  3. layer pasta in a casserole dish with vegetables and cheese and herbs.

  4. Beat eggs with almond milk

  5. Add to casserole dish

  6. sprinkle with paprika

  7. bake at 350 for about an hour.
