Recipe Ingredients for mac & cheese with broccoli

1.3 oz Macaroni, Whole-wheat, Cooked
1.5 cup, chopped Broccoli
1.3 oz 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar
0.13 cup 1% Lowfat Cottage Cheese Regular
0.13 cup Fat Free Milk
1 tbsp Reduced Fat Sour Cream 30% Less Fat
1 small Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for mac & cheese with broccoli

  1. Cook macaroni in a Dutch oven according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Add broccoli during last 2 minutes of cooking time; drain well.

  2. Add Cheddar cheese and remaining 6 ingredients to Dutch oven; stir in macaroni mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 6 minutes or until bubbly.
