Recipe Ingredients for Mac Bake - Creamy Tomato with Turkey & Chicken Franks

140 g wholegrain macaroni
150 g cabbage, roughly diced
150 g Turkey and chicken franks, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
100 g spinach, chopped
10 g spring onion, sliced
80 g red bell pepper, diced
300 g Dolmio Classico/Bolognese Pasta Sauce
100 g TINE Light Kesam - low fat quark/fresh cheese
50 g Synnove Gulost - gouda-like cheese, finely grated

Recipe Directions for Mac Bake - Creamy Tomato with Turkey & Chicken Franks

  1. Boil macaroni, adding cabbage at the right time so it doesn't overcook.

  2. Pan-fry frank slices.

  3. Pour sauce in a saucepan, add in garlic, peppers and spinach and cook for 5 min.

  4. When slightly cool, mix in quark (fresh cheese). Mix sauce with macaroni and cabbage. Spread evenly into an oven-proof dish.

  5. Top with grated cheese.

  6. Grill till chese melts and bubbles.
