4 small egg plant 4 small squash 1 med long pumpkin 100 g minced meat 1o g chick peas 2.5 tbs tomato paste spices 1 maggi cube 1 tsp salt 2 cup of rice

Recipe Ingredients for ma7ashi

60 grams Eggplant
80 grams Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
116 grams Pumpkin
100 grams Laura's 92% Lean Ground Beef
0.1 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds
1 serving lesieur canola oil/ 10 g/1 ibs
2 serving snow white rice
2.5 tbsp Tomato Paste

Recipe Directions for ma7ashi

  1. soak the rice for 20 min

  2. drain any of the left over of water

  3. add the raw minced beef

  4. add the oil

  5. add spices / salt and mix it all

  6. emmpty each of squash/ eggplant and pumpkin

  7. wash them

  8. start stuff the squash

  9. stuff the pumpkin

  10. now add the chickpeas to the rice and astuff the eggplant

  11. boil the water and add the maggi cube and the tomato paste and pour them over the pan which have all the stuffed vegtables

  12. let it cook for approx 1 hour then serve hot
