1/2 tsp cinamon 1/4 c amaranth 1 tbsp almonds 1/4 c soymilk 1 tbsp honey 1/2 banana

Recipe Ingredients for A.M. super start

0.25 cup Amaranth
12.6 grams Sliced Almonds
1 serving Sue Bee premium clover honey
0.25 cup Soymilk Vanilla
0.5 medium banana Organic Bananas

Recipe Directions for A.M. super start

  1. bring 1/4 c water to boil

  2. slowly stir in amaranth and bring back to boil

  3. reduce heat and simmer covered 20 min. stirring occasionaly

  4. remove from heat and stir in honey

  5. mix in almonds and bananas and sprinkle with cinamon

  6. pour soymilk on top and enjoy
