Recipe Ingredients for M.A.P. Smoothie

100 g nonfat plain yogurt
1/3 apple, peeled
2/3 peaches
1/2 cup mango

Recipe Directions for M.A.P. Smoothie

  1. Chop up the three fruits into small chunks, then put it in the blender

  2. Add 100g of nonfat plain yogurt

  3. Put on "Smoothie" and blend until mixture is thick and creamy
