Recipe Ingredients for M. Bison's Meatloaf

22 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
10 oz Ground Bison
1/2 cup Chopped Onions
1/2 cup Green Bell Peppers
1/2 cup Celery
3 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp Thyme
2 tbsp Gorgonzola Cheese
2 large Eggs
1/3 cup Ketchup
1/3 cup Nonfat Milk
2/3 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1 tsp Olive Oil
2 medium Tomato

Recipe Directions for M. Bison's Meatloaf

  1. Process Onions, Peppers, Celery, Garlic, Worcestershire Sauce, Black Pepper, Kosher Salt, and any other spices.

  2. Add mixture to meatloaf with remaining ingredients (except tomatoes) and mix gently.

  3. Place in lightly oiled pan, top with sliced tomatoes, and bake in a 350F oven until 150 degrees. Let stand 15 minutes.
