Recipe Ingredients for Lynn's Tuna Salad #1

3 1/2 oz chunk light tuna
1 Granny Smith Apple
1 oz dill pickle relish
3 T Miracle Whip Light
1 t mustard
1/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper

Recipe Directions for Lynn's Tuna Salad #1

  1. Drain and flake 1 sm pouch of chunk lite tuna in oil.

  2. Finely chop 1 lg unpeeled Granny Smith apple

  3. Combine tuna and apple with relish and other ingredients and mix until coated. Use more relish if you like more sour.

  4. Serve with toasted double fiber bread -- or not.
