Recipe Ingredients for Lynn's Sugar Free Apple Pie

2 pie crusts (store bought frozen)
2/3 cup Splenda Granular
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 cups Granny Smith apples (about 4 large apples)

Recipe Directions for Lynn's Sugar Free Apple Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Mix Splenda, flour, and cinnamon in large bowl.

  3. Peel, core, and slice apples. Put them in Splenda mixture and toss until well coated.

  4. Put apples in bottom crust.

  5. Put top crust on pie, crimp edges, and cut slits in top crust so steam can be released.

  6. Set pie on cookie sheet to catch any drippings. Bake about 45 minutes, or until apples are the consistency you want. Test with a fork through one of the slits.
