Recipe Ingredients for Lynn's Protein Brownies

1/2 cup Cozy Cottage sugar free syrup
1 cup unsweetened Applesauce
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 cup oatmeal
6 scoops (2 Cups) GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein Powder (chocolate or chocolate caramel)
1 cup Splenda Granular
1/2 cup nonfat powdered milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 oz. (1/2 Cup) dry roasted peanuts, unsalted

Recipe Directions for Lynn's Protein Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non stick cooking spray, then dust with flour.

  3. Combine wet ingredients in a bowl, mix well, set aside.

  4. Put oatmeal in blender or food processor to make it a flour.

  5. Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  6. Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients, stirring constantly. Mix well.

  7. Pour into pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
