Recipe Ingredients for Lynn's Meatballs

2 lbs. 95% lean ground beef
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. dehydrated minced onion
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. oregano or Italian seasoning
8 oz. tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Lynn's Meatballs

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix all ingredients together with hands.

  3. Form into 48 balls and place them in a 9 x 13 pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes, turn them over and bake for another 10 minutes, or until cooked all the way through.

  5. Serve hot. Store leftovers in refrigerator or freezer.

  6. One serving is 4 meatballs, about 3 oz.
