1 full meal salad, or filling for 3 sandwiches.... This makes a very sweet/tangy tuna salad thanks to the apple+dill relish combo -- a lot of kids like other tuna recipes better because this one is so tangy/tart.

Recipe Ingredients for Lynn's Favorite Tuna Salad

6 oz chunk light tuna
1 large apple
1 large egg
1/4 c dill relish
1 T light mayonaise
1 T mustard
1/8 t black pepper

Recipe Directions for Lynn's Favorite Tuna Salad

  1. Hard boil the egg and chop it fine.

  2. Chop unpeeled apple to about 1/2" x 1/4"x1/4" pieces.

  3. Drain tuna slightly and add to bowl.

  4. Gently toss all ingredients together.
