This is my homemade chili that is absolutely fabulous.

Recipe Ingredients for Lynn's Chili

1 large onion
1 large leek
1 small zucchini
1 small yellow squash
1 bunch spinach
16 oz canned kidney beans
16 oz black beans
8 1/2 oz canned corn
8 1/2 oz canned peas
3 large carrots
2 tbsp olive oil
26 oz canned tomato sauce
16 oz canned tomatoes
1 large green pepper

Recipe Directions for Lynn's Chili

  1. Saute onions, leek, green pepper.

  2. Add beans, corn, peas, carrots, tomato sauce etc. Add spinach just before serving.
