Recipe Ingredients for Lynne's Sauted Onions and Peppers

8 green peppers, sliced into strips
1 large onion, in rings
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T olive oil
1 tsp basil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Lynne's Sauted Onions and Peppers

  1. Heat oil in large frying pan

  2. Add green pepper strips and saute for 4-5 minutes

  3. Add onion rings and stir

  4. Add garlic cloves and stir

  5. If you are making a saugage saute, add sausage chunks now and stir

  6. Add basil, Italian seasoning , and salt and pepper.

  7. Cook until peppers are desired doneness.
