Recipe Ingredients for Lynne's Lighter Quiche Lorraine

8 pillsbury pie crust
1/2 c egg substitute
1/2 c Swiss cheese, shredded
1 small onion, chopped
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c skim milk
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Lynne's Lighter Quiche Lorraine

  1. Preheat the oven to 375.

  2. Prepare the crust in a 9" pie plate.

  3. Scald the milk in the microwave.

  4. Sweat the onion in some oil spray (Pam).

  5. Put the onion, cheese, and cooked bacon in the bottom of the pie crust.

  6. Combine the egg substitute, milk, and salt and pepper and quickly pour into pie shell.

  7. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until eggs are set.
