2 pounds ground beef
28 oz crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup tomato paste
2 cups beef broth
2 cups onion
2 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Lynne's Chili

  1. saute onion

  2. brown ground beef

  3. add spices and garlic

  4. add tomatoes, paste and broth

  5. simmer 1 hour uncovered
