4 oz egg whites
1 tsp. diced jalapeno peppers
1/2 cup spinach
1 tsp. grated parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Lynne's Breakfast scramble

  1. spray pan with pam and heat medium high

  2. add diced peppers and spinach

  3. when spinach wilts add egg/egg white mixture

  4. toss till cooked and top with cheese

  5. serve with salsa if desired
