1 serving Cooking Spray All Varieties
1 scoop Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein Unflavored
1/4 tsp Cajun Seasoning
1 cup Egg Beaters

Recipe Directions for Lyndsey's Sweet Potato pancakes

  1. 1. Spray pan with cooking spray.

  2. 2. Grate yam & combine with other ingredients.

  3. 3. Place one scoop in frying pan and brown each side.

  4. If it looks undone, place on a baking sheet and continue to bake for an additional 15 mins. or until well done. 350F hot oven.
