2 slices light oatmeal bread
2 oz Cabot 50% Light Cheddar cheese
3 slices tomato

Recipe Directions for Lyndsey's Butterless Light Grilled Cheese

  1. Assemble sandwich

  2. Place in pan on low-medium heat

  3. Flip when bread is golden brown (2-3 minutes)

  4. Brown other side

  5. Remove from pan

  6. Eat delicious grilled cheese
