Potato salad w/ light miracle whip

Recipe Ingredients for Lyndi's Potato Salad

2 large potatoes, baked
2 hard boiled eggs
1/3 cup light miracle whip
1/8 cup skim milk
2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 dill pickle, diced

Recipe Directions for Lyndi's Potato Salad

Boil eggs until hard-boiled. Bake potatoes until cooked. Dice eggs, potatoes, and dill pickle and place in med. bowl. Add the rest of ingredients and mix well. Add water if you need more moisture.
