Recipe Ingredients for Lyndi's No-Bake Cookies

1/4 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 T. cocoa
1/2 c. 1% milk
1 t. vanilla
3 c. quick oats
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
4 T. flaxseed

Recipe Directions for Lyndi's No-Bake Cookies

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter, sugar, cocoa, and milk and bring to boil for about 1 minute. Remove from heat and add vanilla, p.b. and oats as well as flax seed. Mix well and then use med. pampered chef cookie scooper to scoop each cookie and place on wax paper to make about 29 cookies.

  2. Cool and ENJOY!
