Kyla's Coleslaw recipe which is the first I've ever liked!

Recipe Ingredients for Lyndi's Coleslaw

8 cups shredded raw cabbage
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. carrots
1/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 T. white vinegar
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. black pepper
2 1/2 T. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayo

Recipe Directions for Lyndi's Coleslaw

Shred cabbage and carrots until small. Using the kitchen aid attachment works great if you have it. Mix all the liquid ingredients together, then add sugar, salt, pepper, and mayo. Mix well and pour over the raw cabbage and carrots. It is YUMMY! Let it set over night. Double batch of dressing for a large head of cabbage. Single for a small head.
