0.33 cup oatmeal
1 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 cup skim

Recipe Directions for Lydia's breakfast oatmeal

  1. Select slow cooking oats and cook in one cup of water with a pinch of salt. Bring to boil, then simmer on low for 15 minutes.

  2. Add flax and seeds. Serve in bowl with blueberries and milk.
