Recipe Ingredients for Lychee Mochi

2 cup Mochiko Sweet Rice Flour
300 grams Sugars, Granulated
16 oz Lychee Drink
0.13 cup Potato Flour

Recipe Directions for Lychee Mochi

Mix all but the potato flour. Put in a 9x9 pan after greasing first. Put in a 350 degree oven for an hour. Let cool. Use some potato flour on wax paper and put the mochi on it... cut into squares and be sure to put some potato flour around each piece... sometimes some on the knife keeps it from sticking as you are cutting. Serve within a day or two.. if you can't serve it all than, you can freeze it and get it out when you need it. Store in cool, dry place that isn't the refrigerator.
