Recipe Ingredients for LuuLuu's Apple Cinnamon Granola

5 oz walnuts, chopped
1 1/2 oz sunflower seeds
2 tbsp wheat germ
2 tbsp flax seed
2 oz dried blueberries
2 oz raisins
3 oz dates,chopped
4 1/2 cups oatmeal
2 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp canola oil
1/2 cup apple juice
1 cup honey

Recipe Directions for LuuLuu's Apple Cinnamon Granola

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees

  2. combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl

  3. Combine oil, juice and honey in small bowl and whisk together

  4. add liquid to dry ingredients and stir still thoroughly combined

  5. spread granola on cookie sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown stirring twice.

  6. Let cool and store in airtight container
