A quick lunch recipe I whipped up when I was hungry.

Recipe Ingredients for Lunchtime Soy Ginger Rice & Veggies

1/2 c rice
1/4 c egg noodles
1 bouillon cube
1/4 c broccoli
1/4 c peas
3 baby carrots, diced
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon ginger
2 green onions, sliced
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Lunchtime Soy Ginger Rice & Veggies

  1. Saute rice and noodles in butter until golden.

  2. Add other ingredients and cook until rice is tender.
