Recipe Ingredients for Lunchtime Omlet

2 large Egg, Whole
1 oz Cheese
1 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 leaves Romaine Leaf Singles
2 serving Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Lunchtime Omlet

  1. Pre season, oil, and heat a frying pan.

  2. Add whisked eggs and heat till eggs no longer "jiggle".

  3. Add remaining ingredients on one side of egg and heat till cheese is melted and ingredients are hot.

  4. Fold empty egg over top.

  5. Serve and enjoy.
